“Glee” Leads People’s Choice Awards Nominees
(NEW YORK) -- Election Day was Tuesday, but it's still not too late for your voice to be heard. You now have the opportunity to vote on the nominees for The 40th Annual People's Choice Awards, which will be held in January.
The Fox musical series Glee received a leading eight nominations on Tuesday, including for favorite network TV comedy. In addition, several of its actors picked up nods, including Lea Michele, Chris Colfer and Jane Lynch.
As you'd expect, the movie categories are filled with A-listers, such as Jennifer Aniston, Sandra Bullock, Scarlett Johansson, Brad Pitt, Hugh Jackman, Johnny Depp, Leonardo DiCaprio and Robert Downey Jr.
You can vote for your favorites on PeoplesChoice.com through Dec. 5.
The People's Choice Awards will take place at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles on Jan. 8. CBS will televise the event.
It was announced Tuesday that Kat Dennings and Beth Behrs, who star in the CBS sitcom 2 Broke Girls, will serve as hosts.
