Italian Teen Sentenced, Fined for Posting Racy Photos of Girl Online

Chris Ryan/Getty Images(ROME) — A 19-year-old Italian man is paying the consequences for posting racy photos of an underage girl on the Internet.
A court in Italy has sentenced the teen to almost three years in jail and slapped him with a $15,000 fine for posting the images.
The man urged the 14-year-old girl to send him “special” photos and videos of herself to prove her love for him. He promised to keep them private, but instead posted them on Facebook and Youtube.
The girl eventually told her parents, who took the matter to the police. She will receive $140,000 in compensation for her ordeal.
