(SALT LAKE CITY, UT) – A group of Islamic terrorists is in custody after the brutal beating of two women serving as missionaries for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Kosovo. Authorities say at least seven ethnic Albanian men were involved in the November 3 attack, two of whom were believed to have recently fought alongside rebel forces in Syria’s ongoing civil war. Authorities have not released the names of the women, though one was confirmed to be from Bluffdale, Utah. The group alleged to have orchestrated the attack is part of a much larger terrorist network.
