Man Accused of Using Date Rape Drug

(POCATELLO, ID) – A Pocatello man has been charged with the sexual battery of a 16-year-old girl. Police say 25-year-old Christopher Wilcutt was at a party at a residence on the 1300-block of South Fifth Avenue in May and reportedly touched the girl inappropriately. The victim told police that alcohol and marijuana were being used at the time, and that she ate something that made her feel different. A lab test later revealed that the girl had traces of GHB, or the “date rape drug” in her system. Wilcutt remains held in the Bannock County Jail.
