ABC 112513 MileyAMA? SQUARESPACE CACHEVERSION=1385375193604ABC/Richard Harbaugh(NEW YORK) — Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber shouldn’t feel honored to be included on a new end-of-the-year list from GQ magazine.  They have been named two of the “25 least influential people of 2013.”

Cyrus, who twerked up a storm of controversy at the MTV Video Music Awards last summer, is chastised for her provocative ways.  The author of the GQ list writes, “Miley spent the entire year…basically trying every inane strategy she could think of to rile up America’s few remaining pearl clutchers.  What’s sad is that it totally worked.”

Bieber is called out for his penchant of making trouble in public.  GQ states, “When you’re a just-legal megastar raising hell and being a brat, people will still give you a chance.  They’ll blame the money and the fame and probably your parents.  But once you lose the baby fat, there are no viable excuses.”

The top-ranking celebrity on the list is basketball player-turned-Celebrity Apprentice contestant-turned “diplomat” Dennis Rodman, who visited North Korea and befriended dictator Kim Jong-un.

Paula Deen, Will Smith and his family, Lady Gaga, and Ryan Reynolds also made the cut.
