(CHUBBUCK, ID) – The mother of a toddler found wandering in a field on the Fort Hall Indian Reservation earlier this week has been arrested. Authorities say Ashley Fulbright was arrested for an outstanding warrant for two felony charges of forgery. Police began investigating Fulbright after her 2-year-old daughter wandered away from home for nearly four hours. Officers went door-to-door in search of the girl’s parents, and Fulbright only showed up after a reverse 911 call was issued. Possible charges of neglect and child endangerment are still pending.
