Only 338 Idahoans Enroll in Obamacare

(BOISE, ID) – Only 338 Idahoans enrolled in Obamacare during its first month of operation. This comes in light of figures from the Obama administration suggesting that more than 106,000 Americans were able to enroll in state and federal health insurance programs last month. U.S. Sen. Mike Crapo estimates that nearly 100,000 Idahoans have had their insurance plans discontinued because of new stipulations under the Affordable Care Act. The state hopes to launch its own system with a $50 million federal grant by next October.
