A jury convicted yogurt mogul Young Lee, 49, for beating a panhandling homeless man with a tire iron on a highway offramp in Hollywood.

Prosecutors said Lee was offended by a sexually explicit tattoo on the homeless body. They say Lee got out of his SUV and beat the man.

Lee is being held without bail until his sentencing on Jan. 14, the Los Angeles Times reports.

Lee is no longer associated with Pinkberry.
