(LOGAN, UT) – Wildlife officials in Utah are looking for someone who poached two deer near the Utah-Idaho border just south of Preston. The incident, which happened late last month, resulted in the death of a doe and her fawn, and is being described as a deliberate and “callous” act of waste. A monetary reward is being offered for those with information leading to the arrest of the person or persons responsible for the killings. Detectives say the suspect could face a felony charge of wanton destruction of wildlife.
