Report: Brooke Mueller Denied Restraining Order Against Charlie Sheen

Jason LaVeris/FilmMagic(LOS ANGELES) — Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, has made an attempt to obtain a restraining order against the Anger Management star, to no avail.
TMZ reports Mueller had filed a request for a temporary restraining order, following derogatory comments Sheen made about her.
In a recent Twitter rant, Sheen referred to Mueller as a “whore” and implied that their 4-year-old twin sons, Bob and Max, needed to be protected from her.
Mueller’s petition cited, among other Sheen quotes, “here will be a reckoning. there will be a whirlwind, that they will all reap while desperate begging for my forgiveness. you’ve all been warned.”
Mueller, who sought treatment earlier this year for prescription drug abuse, reportedly alleged in her documents she was scared that Sheen would plant drugs on her.
TMZ states that Mueller’s request was denied by a judge on Monday, though she’ll have the opportunity to try again at a hearing scheduled for next month.
Sheen and Mueller, his third wife, divorced in 2011. Another of his ex-wives, Denise Richards, became a temporary guardian for Max and Bob when Mueller entered rehab in the spring.
