Singer Nick Lachey Turns 40

Debra L Rothenberg/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) — Nick Lachey turned 40-years-old on Saturday, but the singer doesn’t seem afraid to enter the new decade.
On Friday Lachey tweeted: “Well, the 40th birthday weekend has officially begun! Pray for me…….gonna be a big one! Going out in style. Goodbye 30’s, you were fun!!”
Lachey told People Magazine, “My life is good and there’s a lot of exciting things going on right now to distract me from the fact that I’m turning 40.”
The former 98 Degrees member has even more to celebrate on Saturday — he shares his birthday with his wife, Vanessa, who turns 33 on the same day.
The couple, who became parents to baby Camden John on Sept. 12, 2012, started the weekend birthday festivities early. On Thursday, Vanessa posted this picture to Instagram, with the caption “Kickin off the birthday weekend with my two favorite guys!!!”
