Anaheim Ducks Edge Phoenix Coyotes, 3-2 In Overtime

Len Redkoles/NHLI via Getty Images(ANAHEIM, Calif.) — Ducks center Saku Koivu scored his second goal of the game, 51 seconds into overtime to give Anaheim (28-7-5; 61pts) a 3-2 victory over the Phoenix Coyotes (19-10-9; 47pts) on Saturday night.
The Ducks entered the third period with a 2-0 lead, but late goals by Coyotes winger Martin Hanzal and center Mike Ribeiro tied the game. In the extra period, Koivu redirected a shot by defenseman Ben Lovejoy to send Anaheim to a franchise record 10th straight victory.
The Ducks are now 14-0-2 at home this season.
