(POCATELLO, ID) – Bannock County Commissioners will make a decision today about the future of e-cigarette smoking in county-owned buildings. Also known as vaping, users have devices that mimic cigarette smoking by delivering small doses of nicotine through water vapor. E-cigarettes are billed as a healthier, odorless alternative to smoking tobacco, which is now banned in most public places. The city of Pocatello doesn’t currently have any laws banning vaping, though it is prohibited on the ISU campus.
