Chris Bosh Leads Miami Heat Past Portland Trail Blazers, 108-107
Published at(PORTLAND, Ore.) — Heat forward Chris Bosh drilled a go-ahead three with 0.5 seconds left as Miami (23-7) edged past the Portland Trail Blazers (24-6), 108-107 on Saturday night.
The eight-time NBA All-Star finished the game with a season high 37-points and ten rebounds as the Heat were without the services of Lebron James. The four-time NBA MVP injured his right groin and tweaked his left ankle during Friday night’s 108-103 loss to the Sacramento Kings.
With Portland leading 96-93, Bosh drained a 23-foot jumper to tie the game with 4:05 to play in the fourth quarter. Both teams would exchange the lead, before Heat guard Dwyane Wade found Bosh from beyond the arc for the game-winner.
