Dramatic Helicopter Rescue from Crashed Plane Caught on Tape

Stockbyte/Thinkstock(TAMPA, Fla.) — Police in Tampa, Fla., have released dramatic infrared video of their officers in a police helicopter setting down to rescue a pilot from a crashed and burning plane.
The video shows the helicopter flying above the crashed plane, before the pilot set down and an officer ran to the burning plane and dragged the pilot into a nearby field.
Tampa ABC affiliate WFTS reported the pilot of the Cessna 210N has been hospitalized and remains there in stable condition.
