Former Bingham Memorial Employee Charged With Felony

(BLACKFOOT, ID) – A former Bingham Memorial Hospital technology chief was in court Thursday on a felony indictment of grand theft. The Idaho Attorney General’s office says Jack York is accused of stealing computer equipment from the hospital during the summer of 2011. He also faces three additional felony charges for tapping into phone conversations between hospital administrators. A preliminary hearing has been set for Jan. 29.
