(POCATELLO, ID) – The grievance committee hearing the appeal of former Pocatello High School girls basketball coach Laraine Cook has ruled that Cook should be rehired for next year’s basketball season. The committee also determined that Cook should be reinstated as a substitute teacher for District 25. Cook was fired in October after a photo of her surfaced showing football coach Tom Harrison touching her clothed chest. The school board will either uphold or overrule the committee’s decision at their next public meeting.
