Idaho Falls Man Charged With Sex Abuse

(IDAHO FALLS, ID) – An Idaho Falls man was arrested this week on felony charges of child abuse. Twenty-four-year-old Remington Capps has been under investigation since October after police received a tip that he’d been involved in a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old boy. The allegations include lewd conduct and other inappropriate contact, which occurred at a house party in June. Capps, who was booked into the Bonneville County Jail, remains held on a $50,000 bond.
