Khloe Kardashian, Lamar Odom Selling Their $4 Million Home

Brian Bowen Smith/E!(LOS ANGELES) — Soon-to-be-divorced couple Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are keeping the lines of communication open following their very public split. The former couple recently worked together to put their $4 million Tarzana home, in Los Angeles, on sale privately.
A source tells E! Online that Odom has been doing well and he’s moving on with his life.
The source says, “He is actually really happy. He is ready to move on. He is not waiting around anymore. And that has been a good thing for him. It has had a very positive impact on his outlook. He feels relieved — not relieved that the marriage is over, but relieved that both of them can move on and focus on other things.”
He and Kardashian speak on the phone every now and then, according to E!
