(NEW YORK) — Brooklyn Nets All-Star center Brook Lopez will be out the remainder of the season with a broken foot, according to league sources.
Lopez suffered the injury during the second half of Friday night’s game against the 76ers, according to a league source.
Lopez stayed in the game and made 9-of-19 shots and finished with 22 points before X-rays revealed the break in the locker room.
Lopez was averaging 20.7 points and six rebounds and Kevin Garnett will likely see more minutes to fill the void.
