Packers Stun Cowboys 37-36

Elsa/Getty Images(DALLAS) — Sunday’s game between the Green Bay Packers and the Dallas Cowboys was a prime example of why teams play until the final whistle.
Matt Flynn threw four second-half touchdown passes as the Packers overcame a 23-point deficit to stun the Cowboys 37-36.
“It took me everything not to cry,” said Packers coach Mike McCarthy, whose team won its second straight without starting quarterback Aaron Rodgers. “I’m just drained. Just the sheer emotion. It was incredible.”
The Cowboys (7-7) led 36-24 late in the fourth quarter, but Tony Romo threw two interceptions in the final three minutes to let the Packers right back in it.
Eddie Lacy scored the game-winning touchdown with 1:31 remaining after Romo’s second pick. The Packers (7-6-1) remain in the hunt for a wild-card spot in the NFC.
“This is one of the hardest losses that I’ve experienced,” Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said. “That’s a shame that we’ve lost that ballgame.”
The Cowboys still control their own playoff fate. They face the Redskins and Eagles over the final two weeks of the season.
