(REXBURG, ID) – A Rexburg woman has been arrested in connection to several recent burglaries in the Upper Valley.  Twenty-five-year-old Chelsey Bell is accused of stealing from at least ten stores in Rexburg, and eleven in Idaho Falls. Bell was taken into custody earlier this week after she was caught shoplifting from the Rexburg Walmart. While being interviewed by detectives on Wednesday, Bell admitted to taking items from nearly two-dozen businesses. Bell, who had a clean criminal record in Idaho prior to her arrest, is being held in the Madison County Jail.
