(NEW YORK) — Little brother Eli Manning is doing his best to help Peyton Manning in preparation for his Super Bowl matchup against the Seattle Seahawks at MetLife Stadium on Feb. 1.
The Giants quarterback has two Super Bowl titles of his own and knows a thing or two about playing in the cold weather of New Jersey.
“I might have a few things for him, but I don’t want to reveal that, because I don’t want to give it to [Seahawks quarterback] Russell Wilson,” said Eli Manning. “So any tips I may have wind-wise, I would tell him in private.”
Eli Manning added that although Peyton Manning is trying to cement his legacy with winning a second Super Bowl, he doesn’t think it’s necessary for him to still be considered one of the all-time greats.
“I think he’s already created his own legacy, and he’s played at a very high level for a long period of time, has overcome injuries and obviously set numerous records and been on a lot of playoff teams and is playing in a third Super Bowl,” Eli Manning said.
The two both plan to meet either Monday or Tuesday before the big game.
