As NBA Commissioner David Stern’s final days approach, Cuban said it’s only right to go out with one more fine.

“I couldnt let the commish go without a proper farewell. Its been a fun 14 years of trying to create change and donating to the donut fund !” Cuban tweeted following the fine.

Stern is set to retire on Feb. 1 and Cuban also said he’d match the fine and donate it to a charity.

This marks the 20th time that Cuban has been fined by the league office in Stern’s 30-year tenure as Commissioner.
