Neiman Marcus: 1.1M Credit, Debit Cards Compromised in Breach

iStock/Thinkstock(NEW YORK) — Neiman Marcus said Thursday that more than a million of its customers’ debit and credit cards have been compromised in a breach that lasted from mid-July until the end of October in 2013.
Since then, the retailer says about 2,400 of those cards have been used in a confirmed fraud.
So far, Neiman Marcus said, it appears that only customers who shopped in its stores have been affected and there is no known connection to the Target breach.
