The final score doesn’t really tell the whole story.

Washington (9-6) led at many times throughout the day, trading basket for basket with Zona most of the game. But with 3:26 left, and the Huskies down two, Arizona went on a 11-2 run to close out the game.

“Sometimes the story line is a little different at halftime than it is at the end of the game because you can kind of wear that opponent down and the carries that go for 2 or 3 yards in the first half break wide open in the second,” Miller said. “You just have to stay with it.”

Aaron Gordon chipped in 18 points and 11 boards in the win.

C.J. Wilcox led Washington with 20 points.

Arizona (15-0) is off to its best start since 1931-32 season when it opened with a school-record 16-straight wins.
