The Miami Dolphins have fired offensive line coach Jim Turner and long-time head athletics trainer Kevin O’Neill, the team announced Wednesday. Both Turner and O’Neill were mentioned in the report concerning workplace harassment.

Firing O’Neill and Turner were the first steps taken by the Dolphins since a report on the NFL’s investigation of the case was released last week.

Turner spent two years as the team’s offensive line coach, while O’Neill had been with the organization for 18 years.

“The language and behavior as described in the Ted Wells report are against the core values of our organization,” said Dolphins owner Stephen Ross in a statement. “After receiving the report, I conducted my own internal review of the facts to determine the appropriate steps for our organization. Jim Turner and Kevin O’Neill are good people who care a great deal about their profession and the players whom they serve, but both exhibited poor judgment at times which led me to this conclusion.”

O’Neill had already arrived in Indianapolis for the NFL Scouting Combine when the team informed him of his dismissal, according to ESPN. Turner did not have plans to attend the combine.
