(BLACKFOOT, ID) – Four defendants have been dismissed from a lawsuit filed by a group of former Blackfoot High School athletes accused of hazing a teammate in 2012. The attorney representing District 55, the high school, former principal Blaine McInelly, and former district superintendent Scott Crane says his clients did not violate the civil rights of the plaintiffs. The case against the city of Blackfoot, Bingham County, three prosecutors, and four law enforcement officers will continue. A motion to end the case will be heard in district court later this month
