(BOISE, ID) – Loyalty discounts could be in the works for Idahoans who renew their hunting and fishing licenses each year. The Idaho Department of Fish and Game wants to encourage people to buy their licenses more often, and has proposed offering discounts for those who do it every year. Authorities estimate that the agency could generate $300,000 in additional revenue the with discounts in place. The measure passed a House vote 61-6 on Wednesday. It now goes to the Senate for consideration.
