Jermaine O’Neal Leads Warriors Past Nets, 93-86

Thearon W. Henderson/Getty Images Sport(OAKLAND, Calif.) -- Warriors center Jermaine O’Neal scored a season high 23 points and had 13 rebounds as Golden State (34-22) bounced the Brooklyn Nets (25-28), 93-86 on Saturday night.

Playing in 34 minutes, the 18-year NBA veteran went 10 for 13 from the field while pulling down eight defensive boards. Forward Draymond Green contributed 18 points and 11 rebounds while guard Stephen Curry added 17 points and eight assists.

The Nets tied the game at 86 on an layup from Andray Blatche with 1:36 remaining in the game. O’Neal then made two free throws and Curry drilled a three to give Golden State a five point lead with 37 seconds left.
