(MIAMI) — That swollen nose Miami Heat forward LeBron James suffered Thursday when playing the Oklahoma City Thunder is actually broken.
James received a hit to the face when he drove to the basket with 5:56 remaining in the Heat’s 103-81 victory over the Thunder Thursday. After staying down for a couple minutes, James headed to the locker room and did not return to the game.
James had an X-Ray on Friday revealing the nose was broken.
The four-time league MVP will be a game-time decision when the Heat host the Chicago Bulls this Sunday.
