Guest Will Ferrell also appeared alongside his former SNL castmate Fallon.

After the pair fawned over a Harry Styles poster — and in Ferrell’s character’s case, a poster of Will Ferrell — Mrs. Obama appeared and got a chance to plug her anti-obesity “Let’s Move!” campaign.

“I think exercise is ‘Ew!'” Fallon’s character Sara explained. The first lady convinced her otherwise by saying any kind of activity is exercise, including dancing, which led the trio to take part in an impromptu dance session.

Mrs. Obama then sat down with Fallon to congratulate him on his new job, to plug Obamacare and to announce a new contest for her Let’s Move! campaign. She implored people to forward videos and pictures of how they exercise to #LetsMove on social media.

“I want to see how people around the country are moving,” the first lady said. “People are doing some amazing things…and the fun thing is, if we get enough of a response…the president, and maybe the vice president will show us how they move.”
