(RIGBY, ID) – A plea deal is in the works for a suspect accused of murdering a Rexburg man last July.  The attorneys for 23-year-old Emmanuel Jesus Granados will attempt to make a plea agreement with prosecutors next week. Granados was charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of 22-year-old Fermin Lemus outside a quinceanera party July 14. Another person at the party was stabbed a short time after the shooting. The person allegedly responsible in the non-fatal stabbing, Lorenzo Ornelas, faces a felony charge of aggravated battery.
