(REXBURG, ID) – The city of Rexburg is cutting back on its curbside recycling program. The city has a partnership with BYU-Idaho to pick up recycling bins each week. However, due to financial constraints the school is outsourcing to Western Recycling and will scale down its operation to only twice a month. The city will also ban glass and plastic film in curbside containers, opting instead for a drop-off site in the Albertson’s parking lot.
