Violent Clashes in Kiev Leave Several Injured

MARTIN BUREAU/AFP/Getty Images(KIEV, Ukraine) — Violent clashes erupted on Saturday in Kiev between opposition and anti-opposition activists.
Radical opposition members threw fireworks and beat their opponents with baseball bats, leaving several people injured.
The opposition activists are angered over the Ukraine president’s turn towards Russia and not the West. Opposition members are calling for the president to resign.
