The team has matched the all-time mark set by the Cleveland Cavaliers, who set the record back in 2011 in the first season post-Lebron James.

Philadelphia hasn’t won a game since Jan. 29 when they beat the Boston Celtics on a buzzer-beater shot from Evan Turner, who is now on the Indiana Pacers.

“During the game, a couple guys had long faces…and I found myself a little bit down,” Sixers rookie point guard Michael Carter-Williams said. “I just don’t want anyone in this locker room feeling bad for themselves.”

“I think that’s really important that we don’t get down on ourselves and we just give up because we have a certain amount of losses,” he continued.

Despite their current situation, the Sixers have some key pieces in play. Carter-Williams is the favorite to win Rookie of the Year, they have rookie center Nerlens Noel waiting in the wings, seven draft picks in the upcoming draft, and over $30 million in cap space this summer.

Even with the losing streak, the Milwaukee Bucks still have the worst record in the NBA.
