Another Man Arrested for Bar Fight

(IDAHO FALLS, ID) – A third man has been arrested in connection to a January bar fight in Idaho Falls. Twenty-three-year-old Alex Ruiz of Lewisville was arrested this week on a felony warrant of aggravated battery. Ruiz and two others are accused of brutally attacking a 36-year-old man outside the Peppertree Lounge the evening of Jan. 24. The victim took a cab to EIRMC and later reported the incident to police. Ruiz, who has been released to a pre-trial program, will be back in court April 9.
