Child Porn Suspect Remains in Jail

(POCATELLO, ID) – A local man charged with possession of child pornography will remain behind bars, at least for now. Kay Hocking was charged in December 2012 with 14 felony counts of possession of child pornography. On Monday, Hocking’s attorney requested that his client be temporarily released from jail to settle some medical issues. However, the Sixth District Court rejected Hocking’s request because of his three previous felony convictions involving minors and a 10-year stint in federal prison. If convicted on the latest charges, Hocking could face a life sentence
