D. 93 Sends Out False Alarm Over Lunch Balances

(AMMON, ID) – Parents of students in Bonneville School District 93 received a false alarm from the school lunch program Monday night. The district sent out a message to every parent indicating that their family’s lunch balances were overdrawn. The error came as a result of a software glitch through PowerSchool, the district’s internet information system. Administrators apologized for the error and are asking parents to be patient as they work to fix the program. Those concerned about their child’s lunch balance can access it at mypaymentplus.com.
