Help With Utility Bills Still Available

(IDAHO FALLS, ID) – Low income families still needing help paying their winter utility bills can apply for assistance through the Eastern Idaho Community Action Partnership. Officials say the Low Income Energy Assistance Program helps qualifying residents by paying one utility bill per year. Although the program officially ended last month, there are
