High Speed Chase Ends in Bannock County

(POCATELLO, ID) – A high speed chase that started near Malad ended in Pocatello Monday night. Officials arrested 41-year old Kimberly Sue Wilson. The pursuit began along I-15 at milepost 16 and continued for nearly 45 minutes reaching speeds near 100-mph. The chase ended near Century High School. Officers deployed spike strips at least two times, and the car was reportedly running on its rims before finally coming to a stop. Wilson refused to cooperate, and officers had to break a window to get her out. She was taken into custody and taken to the Bannock County Jail. She is facing charges of felony DUI, eluding police and driving without privileges.
