According to the Los Angeles Times, the price of the home was driven up by a bidding war involving three international billionaires. Socialite Suzanne Saperstein, who was listed as the seller, has reportedly had the home listed for sale in 2007.

The home sits on five acres and the winning bidder closed the deal in 10 days, paying all cash, the Times reports.

The sale didn’t break the record for highest-priced home sold in state history, which is held by a Woodside, Calif. home that sold for $117.5 million in 2013. Forbes lists only one other developed property as being sold for more than $102 million, the Broken O Ranch in Augusta, Mont., purchased by St. Louis Rams owner Stan Kroenke for an undisclosed amount of money, but listed as high as $132.5 million
