Mitt Romney in Idaho Falls Wednesday

(IDAHO FALLS, ID) – Former Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney was in Idaho Falls Wednesday night. Although he declined to speak about his political future, Romney took the opportunity to throw his support behind the campaigns of Gov. Butch Otter, U.S. Sen. Jim Risch, and Congressman Mike Simpson. All three candidates are facing opponents in the GOP primary May 20. Romney says Otter, Risch, and Simpson are “conservatives to the core” and have an important role in determining the nation’s outcomes over the next few years. Over 200 people attended the rally held at Frank VanderSloot‘s Riverbend Ranch.
