(LOS ANGELES) — The will of the late Fast and the Furious star Paul Walker called for his mother to serve as the legal guardian of his 15-year-old daughter, Meadow. On Tuesday, Walker’s mother, Cheryl Walker, filed court documents in Los Angeles, requesting guardianship of the child.
According to TheWrap.com, Cheryl Walker alleges that Meadow’s mother, Rebecca Soteros, is battling alcoholism and therefore is unable to care for her daughter.
Cheryl Walker also states Meadow and Soteros currently live with her.
Paul Walker died in a fiery car crash in California in late November, at the age of 40. He left his entire estate, valued at $25 million, to his daughter.
