Apartment 4D in the building located at 35 Bethune Street, in Manhattan’s West Village, had been listed on the Corcoran real estate agency’s website. However, the page for the apartment now states, “This home has been rented.” It’s unclear when it was taken off the market. The asking price had been $10,500 per month.

Hoffman, 46, was found unconscious in his apartment at 11:15 a.m. on February 2 by his friend, screenwriter David Bar Katz. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in New York has ruled the Oscar winner’s death was caused by a cocktail of drugs that included cocaine, heroin and amphetamine.
