Rob Ford Caught on Camera Appearing Drunk

City of Toronto(TORONTO) — Toronto Mayor Rob Ford may have started the St. Patrick’s Day celebration a little early after a video surfaced of the troubled politician apparently stumbling around outside City Hall Saturday evening.
Ford’s condition, in which he was red-faced and slurring his words, was caught by a 13-year-old on his iPad.
The boy’s mother said Ford, who was wearing festive green beads, agreed to pose for a picture with her son but she admitted to being surprised when he used a profanity during the photo-op.
Reached by CTV Toronto on Sunday, Ford dismissed the notion that he had come from a party the night before, despite the beads, claiming he was at City Hall to make some calls.
However, when pressed about whether he had been drinking — a habit Ford said he kicked last fall — the mayor wouldn’t respond.
