Bledsoe had been out since Jan. 10 after undergoing surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his right knee.

The team plans on easing Bledsoe back into the rotation.

“We’ll have to see how many minutes he can play without getting tired,” Suns head coach Jeff Hornacek said. “But I think with him coming back at this point we have a chance.”

In his first season with the Suns, the 24-year-old Bledsoe was having a breakout season with Phoenix. In 24 games this season, Bledsoe was averaging 18.0 points, 5.8 assists, and 4.3 rebounds per game.

Despite the absence of Bledsoe, the surprising Suns have continued their assent in the Western Conference standings. Going into Tuesday’s game, the Suns are just a half-game behind the Memphis Grizzlies for the eighth spot in the Western Conference.
