(OKLAHOMA CITY) — Oklahoma City Thunder guard Thabo Sefolosha will miss four to six weeks with a left calf strain, team general manager Sam Presti announced Sunday.
The 6-foot-7 Sefolosha was injured in the first half of the Thunder’s game Friday versus Memphis.
Sefolosha has started 55 of the Thunder’s 59 games this season. He averages 26.4 minutes, 6.7 points, 3.7 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.4 steals per game.
Perry Jones is expected to take Sefolosha’s place in the starting lineup. The Thunder also just signed Caron Butler, who could fill in for the 29-year-old from Switzerland as well.
