(TWIN FALLS, ID) – The owner of an assisted living facility in Twin Falls has denied that she hit a patient with a metal pipe. Sixty-two-year-old Jordana Bryan entered a not guilty plea on Monday. Bryan’s former daughter-in-law reported the incident after finding that a dementia patient suffered significant head trauma. Bryan allegedly hit the man because he was trying to re-enter a bathroom. The victim had been removed from the bathroom because it was taking him “too long to get dressed.” A jury trial is scheduled for May 20.
