(NEW YORK) — Two winning tickets were sold in Tuesday’s Mega Millions drawing, lottery officials said. The winning tickets were sold in Merritt Island in Brevard County, Fla., and Maryland.
The winning tickets matched six numbers: 51, 24, 11, 33, 19 with the Mega Ball 7.
The jackpot for the drawing was estimated at $400 million — one of the largest lottery jackpots in U.S. history.
Mega Millions is played in 43 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
